There’s a story about an evil ancient witch doctor that appears every Halloween and uses a magic infused human skull to extract the essence out of his unwilling victims. He makes sure to frighten and terrorize his victims before killing them for maximum potency. He then makes an elixir with the essence and drinks it to prolong his life.
