Happy National Space Day! Happy National Cosmopolitan Day!
This next drink was inspired by both of these National days. Why not kill two birds with one stone?
I decided to tweak the original 1934 recipe for the Cosmopolitan. I used blackberry syrup instead of raspberry, blue curaçao instead of Cointreau. Enjoy!
Recipe
- 2oz Gin @waterloogintx
- .75oz Blue curaçao
- .75oz Freshly pressed lime juice
- .75oz Scratch made blackberry syrup
- Gold edible glitter @brew_glitter
