Cyborg Biker Gang

In the latest episode of The Book Of Boba Fett, he acquires some more muscle by way of a young cyborg gang. Unfortunately, they got their asses handed to them by Black Krrsantan, the gladiator wookiee.

The gang had some pretty sweet speeder bikes, though. The colors and build seemed to pay homage to George Lucas’ love of hot rods.

So I made 4 different shots to showcase the colors of their bikes. Enjoy!

Red

• .75oz Old tom gin @spring44distilling
• .5oz Scratch made Cherry syrup
• .5oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
• 4 dashes Peychauds bitters @peychaudsaperitivo

Blue

• .75oz Vodka @steeldustvodka
• .75oz Blue curaçao @giffardusa
• .25oz Lime sour bitters @marleeandcomarket

Green

• .75oz Green Chartreuse @chartreuse_uk
• .5oz Freshly pressed lime juice
• .5oz Scratch made mint syrup

Yellow

• .75oz passionfruit liqueur @chinola
• .5oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
• .25oz Pineapple juice @dolesunshine
• .25oz Velvet falernum

Green Mint Syrup Recipe

1 1/2 cup water
1 cup spinach
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup mint leaves
3/8 tsp of peppermint extract

• Pour all ingredients, except for the sugar, into a blender and blend.
• Fine strain into a sauce pan.
• Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
• Simmer in low heat until you get your desired consistency.
• Add peppermint extract.

Cherry Syrup Recipe

1 cup water
1 cup pitted sweet cherries
1 cup sugar
