This next cocktail was inspired by one of my favorite characters in the Star Wars franchise, by way of The Mandalorian series, Kuiil. Kuiil is the lovable Ugnaught alien that was wise and hard-working. He protected Grogu with his life and was known to be stubborn as hell. Once he had his mind set on something, no one could change it and he would often have the last word with his signature line. Enjoy!

- .75oz Yaupon gin @waterloogintx
- .75oz Passion fruit liqueur @chinola
- .75oz Green Chartreuse @chartreuse_uk
- .75oz Freshly pressed lime juice
- Garnished with a cherry
- Served in a coupe glass
