Happy National Gin & Tonic Day!
This next riff is easy to make. Refreshing and damn good!
I used kiwano melon as a natural colorant. Its flavor isn’t as unique as its flesh, unfortunately. It tastes slightly like a cucumber. So what I did was blend the green flesh with the seeds, and fined strained the liquid. I also used Old Yaupon gin for the gin of choice, and elderflower tonic to round it out. Enjoy!
