What’s your favorite brand of cookie? I recently fell in love with @lotusbiscoffus
I’m not much for sweets, but this cookie has a particular flavor that I can’t resist. The flavor also lends itself for Fall/Christmas creations.
I decided to make a syrup that had the same flavor profile as the cookies. The syrup consists of cinnamon powder, almond milk, and turbinado sugar.
I used rye whiskey as the base, and Angostura bitters to add more spice. Finally, I rounded out the cocktail with some almond milk. This is a treat that Santa will love! Enjoy!
