- 2oz @empress1908gin
- 1.5oz white cranberry @oceansprayinc
- 1.5oz scratch made lavender and butterfly pea syrup
- 1oz freshly pressed lime juice
- 1 eggwhite

Butterfly pea & lavender syrup recipe
- Put equal parts dried butterfly pea flowers & dried lavender into a sauce pan. For example, 1/4 cup of each.
- Pour equal parts water and sugar into the sauce pan. For example, 1/2 cup of each.
- Simmer in medium high heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Simmer until you get the desired consistency of the syrup.
- Strain into a jar and refrigerate.
