  • 2oz @empress1908gin
  • 1.5oz white cranberry @oceansprayinc
  • 1.5oz scratch made lavender and butterfly pea syrup
  • 1oz freshly pressed lime juice
  • 1 eggwhite

Layered over a @truecubes ice cube.

Butterfly pea & lavender syrup recipe

  • Put equal parts dried butterfly pea flowers & dried lavender into a sauce pan. For example, 1/4 cup of each.
  • Pour equal parts water and sugar into the sauce pan. For example, 1/2 cup of each.
  • Simmer in medium high heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Simmer until you get the desired consistency of the syrup.
  • Strain into a jar and refrigerate.
