Espresso “Martinis” have been quite popular for years now. I see the appeal for coffee lovers. I’m one of the few people that can live without coffee, but I can understand it. I don’t think that I can work a shift at my bar without making at least one.
I wanted to add a little winter flair to my riff by infusing mint tea into the vodka and making a mint tea syrup. Enjoy!
Recipe
- 1oz peppermint tea infused vodka @egvodka
- 1oz coffee liqueur @kahlua
- 1oz espresso
- 1oz peppermint tea syrup
- Shaken vigorously
- Garnished with a freshly spanked peppermint sprig
