Pumpkin Spiced Horchata

I’ve had some requests about Pumpkin Spiced drinks. So I’m happy to oblige with my next cocktail.

Have you ever had Horchata? Well, if you haven’t, do yourself a favor and go to an authentic Mexican restaurant and buy yourself one. If the flavors don’t scream fall, I don’t know what does. This delicious rice milk beverage is just what you need for this season.

Of course I had to put my own spin on this and combined it with Pumpkin spice! Enjoy!


  • 2oz Tequila aƱejo @agavalestequila
  • 1/8 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 cup Sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1/8 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar (to taste)
  • Blend
  • Fine strain
  • Serve over rocks
