I’ve had some requests about Pumpkin Spiced drinks. So I’m happy to oblige with my next cocktail.
Have you ever had Horchata? Well, if you haven’t, do yourself a favor and go to an authentic Mexican restaurant and buy yourself one. If the flavors don’t scream fall, I don’t know what does. This delicious rice milk beverage is just what you need for this season.
Of course I had to put my own spin on this and combined it with Pumpkin spice! Enjoy!
- 2oz Tequila añejo @agavalestequila
- 1/8 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1/8 cup Sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1/8 cup Cooked rice
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (to taste)
- Fine strain
- Serve over rocks
