This next cocktail was inspired by everyone’s favorite material girl. No, not Madonna. Barbie. Barbie was created to showcase that women could be self-sufficient and choose to be whatever they wanted to be without a man’s help. Needless to say, that is one controversy that hasn’t died down since her 1959 inception.
Anyways, Rhubarb was what came to mind for this drink. Enjoy!
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and a Hawthorne strainer spring. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass. Enjoy!
