Chocolate bombs are all the rage lately. My wife and I thought that we should have a crack at it.
We melted down a white chocolate bar and spread it on two silicone half spheres. Once set, you pop them out and stuff it with whatever you want. Put in a couple of mini marshmallows and bourbon, then sealed them. Then drizzled dark chocolate on top and placed it in our serving vessel.
We simmered some almond milk with cinnamon and cloves. We then proceeded to pour the hot spiced milk over the white chocolate bomb. Enjoy!
